What is the process to book a Tape-in install?
Tape-in services require a consultation. After we determine the best option for your new look, you will then be sent a follow up email where you will book and customize your install.

How much is the Deposit?
A 30% non-refundable retainer of due upon booking.

We do offer coloring services with install and will be happy to discuss different options during your consultation.

what is the Late Policy?
We understand life happens so we have a 10 minute grace period. Please let us know you are running late by texting our customer service line at (314)-551-9878.

What is the Cancelation policy?
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours. Clients are allowed to reschedule once within 30 days of the original date. Clients must book rescheduled appointments at the time of cancellation. If no openings are available within 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited. No call no shows or appointments canceled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged the full price of the service.

where is the salon located?
We are located at 5494 Brown road #103 Hazelwood, MO. Parking is available on either side of the building. Our entrance is located on the back of the building facing highway 270.
